My goal is to share my love of off-roading and the off-road community through my social media: @brailee4x4.

I want to empower people—especially other women—to get behind the wheel, push their limits, and realize they’re capable of tackling anything. Whether it’s their first time getting behind the wheel, just like I did at 15, or they’ve been wheeling for years, I want to inspire confidence on and off the trail!

I definitely wasn’t planning on adding another Jeep to the family, but sometimes things just line up too well to pass up… 🤭 I came across this 1982 CJ7 on Marketplace a few days ago and messaged the seller just to see where in “UT” he was located. It looked like a great deal, but I didn’t hear anything back right away, so I didn’t think much of it but still was hopeful! Then just a few days ago, I got a message back and it turns out the Jeep was only 45 minutes away. It’s almost an identical build to the ‘89 YJ but with some extra surprises like coilovers, roll cage, and so much more and the cherry on top is the fact that this fella is the exact same color as the ‘89 YJ! Within 12 hours, we had it loaded on a trailer and headed home. This CJ7 wasn’t part of the plan, but I think it’s going to make a great crawler with a little work! I’m planning to shift my focus to it for a bit, and I’m excited to see what kind of adventures we’ll get into together! 🫶🏻 The ‘89 YJ isn’t going anywhere, he just gained a new big brother. As for the ‘95… he’ll be heading in a new direction soon! Still working on a name… but I’ve got a few ideas brewing 👀 #1982CJ7 #CJ7 #rockcrawler #newbuild

Let’s finish this week off strong! 💪🏻 Who else has conquered Hardtop Alley and has an undamaged hardtop to tell the tale? 😂 There’s something beautiful about short wheelbases (and longer), how they teach you to get reeeaaal comfortable with your tires not always touching the ground and I live for that feeling!
